We believe in neighbors helping neighbors.
Your donation will be designated for distribution in your area, allowing you to be a neighborhood hero for those struggling to afford basic utility services. Our utility partners provide a dollar-for-dollar match for almost every donation we receive.
They also provide a separate donation to cover any associated administrative fees, so 100 percent of your contribution, along with any matching dollars, are used to directly support households facing a utility crisis.
Giving online is the easiest way to make a difference in the lives of your neighbors in need. Make a one-time or recurring contribution today with your credit or debit card.
Join the thousands of utility customers who contribute to Dollar Energy Fund by checking the box on your monthly bill. You can Check the Box on your paper bill or, if you make your payment online, contact your utility company to arrange for your donation. Your designated donation amount will automatically be added to the total of your utility bill when you establish a monthly contribution of one dollar or more.
Donations sent via mail will be processed in our Pittsburgh headquarters. Please make your check payable to Dollar Energy Fund.
